How It Works
A clear, five-step process from your first enquiry to final delivery. Built around your project timeline and deliverable requirements.

Enquiry & Brief
You tell us about your site, what you need and your timeline. We assess the requirements, access and any constraints, then confirm scope and pricing.
Flight Planning
We plan the drone flight lines, ground control strategy and operating procedures. For complex sites we produce a detailed flight plan and risk assessment.
On-Site Capture
Our CAA-qualified pilot deploys to site with the DJI M350 RTK and captures the required data - LiDAR point clouds, photogrammetric imagery or inspection photos.
Data Processing
Raw data is processed in-house: point clouds are cleaned and classified, 3D models are built, volumes are calculated, and CAD drawings are drafted.
Delivery
You receive your deliverables in the agreed formats, with a quality report and accuracy statement. We're available for any follow-up questions or revisions.
What You Need To Prepare
A quick checklist to help your survey run smoothly.
Site Access
Confirm we can access the site boundary and any areas needing ground control points.
Hazard Information
Tell us about active plant, personnel, livestock, or overhead hazards like power lines.
Survey Boundary
Provide the site boundary in DWG, KML or PDF so we can plan accurate flight lines.
Deliverable Spec
Confirm your required output formats, coordinate system and accuracy specification.
Timeline
Let us know your deadline - standard delivery is 3-5 working days, rush available.
Site Contact
Provide a site contact who can coordinate access on the day of the survey.
Ready To Start?
Tell us about your site and we'll scope the survey, confirm pricing and schedule the capture.
