Typical Project: Scaling with building size and CAD detail
What Drives The Cost?
Site Size & Complexity
Larger sites require more flight time, more data and more processing. Complex terrain or dense obstacles add planning and capture time.
Access & Terrain
Remote, rural or difficult-to-access sites may require additional logistics. Terrain that needs ground control points adds setup time.
Deliverable Detail
Raw imagery costs less than an orthomosaic, which costs less than a full classified point cloud or CAD drawing. More detail = more processing time.
Equipment Required
LiDAR surveys require the M350 RTK with R3 Pro sensor. Photogrammetric surveys use different payloads. The right tool for the job affects cost.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. Rush turnaround (48 hours or less) carries a premium for prioritised processing.
Always Use A Qualified, Insured Operator
Unlicensed drone operators can't produce admissible survey data, don't carry adequate insurance, and can't operate safely on construction sites. We hold full CAA authorisations (GVC, PDRA01, A2CofC), £5m public liability, £2m professional indemnity, CSCS cards and SSIP accreditation. See full credentials.
